It is our goal to achieve the maximum medical improvement. We know that to do that, we must communicate clearly and concisely with our patients so that they can play an active role in their treatment plan and long-term success.

Payment for services is the obligation of the patient regardless of the type of insurance coverage you may have. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

Our office has agreed to participate with many insurance companies to file your insurance and require only the deductible and copayment at the time of service.
